This course is designed to familiarize participants with more complex hydraulic controls and investigates the control of mulitple actuator circuits and includes sequence and pressure dependent operations. The use of accumulators is also covered and some of their applications demonstrated in the practical exercises.

At the conclusion of the training, participants will be able to:



  • Design, assemble, test, and troubleshoot complex hydraulic circuits
  • Identify and describe the construction of a hydraulic reservoir
  • Use circuit and motion diagrams to identify circuit operation and sequence
  • Apply the principles and documentation for systematic troubleshooting in hydraulic circuits
  • Commission the hydraulic system with safety procedures
