Pallet transfer system

Each individual pallet transfer system consists of these main components:

  • Integrated controller
  • Mono-belt transfer system
  • Pallet stopper
  • 3/2-way valve
  • Inductive sensor
  • Capacitive sensors at the start and the end of the belt
  • RFID read/write system
  • Binary ID system
  • Optical transmitter and receiver
  • AC or DC motor
  • Motor controller, bi-directional with 2 speed levels
  • Incremental shaft encoder

  • Analog I/O using IO-Link®
