The challenge of vocational education and training is to qualify people in appropriate learning environments to be sufficiently competent and flexible to immediately start work in production processes and other industrial contexts. At the same time it must develop their capacity to think independently and improve their own working processes and environments. In industry, staff must be able to work consistently and flexibly under time pressure, to cooperate and communicate optimally with their partners, to proficiently master the many different details of the respective technologies and to respond intuitively and inquisitively when faced with seemingly irresolvable tasks. The schooling of these complementary competencies in learning and working environments, along with the ability to work independently and autonomously, is a fundamental part of vocational education and training.
As a global partner for regions, industries, universities, and schools, our aim is to provide solutions that foster the development of sustainable industrial skills and contribute to the competitiveness of companies in the global market.
