Production system project for Kiekert
Festo Training and Consulting supports introduction of a Kiekert Production System (KPS) worldwide.
Kiekert AG employs around 4,000 people an has production facilities in CZ, DE, GB, MX and US. They deliver door locking systems to auto manufacturers including BMW, Ford, GM, Mercedes and VW.
The German Training and Consulting team ran 3 workshops – a synchro game people on the Mercedes door lock production line, and 2 workshops covering value stream analysis and TPM/logistics. Ultimately the customer plans to introduce a Kiekert Production System (KPS) worldwide. Two further workshops on TPM and logistics are planned for early 2008.
