Open to more: Diagnosis and PC-supported system analysis
The equipment set TP 610 Measurment in hydraulics enables you to expand the training aims of TP 501 and 601 to include the topic of measurement in hydraulics: from simple measurement regarding individual components to PC-supported system analysis of hydraulic circuits. Prepare for a future in which diagnostics will become more and more important with exercises for measuring and analysing system behaviour.
The special feature:
Sensors (e.g. for measurement of pressure and flow) are directly connected to the new EasyPort included in the scope of delivery. The signals are compiled and transferred to the PC using the Fluid Lab®-H measurement software also included in the scope of delivery. You can start with the various exercises straight away and apply what you have learned to practical applications, for example on an MPS® “Punching” station.
Your benefit:
- Fast PC-supported recording of measured values, instead of recording individual measurement points using a stopwatch and paper
- Greater training success through measurement and interpretation of components instead of learning using complicated cutaway models
- Sensors that enable students to “look into” the circuit and components
- Suppositions regarding system behaviour can be easily proven
- Learning the principles of measurement and analysis and applying them directly in other circuits
- Demonstrate and understand the principles of fluid engineering faster
- System analysis via PC: State-of-the-art diagnostic method
- Better understanding of fluid engineering components and processes and thus higher quality of training
System requirements:
- PC with Windows 2000 or XP
- At least Pentium 500 MHz
- 64 MB RAM
- CD-ROM drive
- Serial interface (RS232)
Components from the training packages 501 and 601 are needed to carry out the exercises.
Training aims
- Fundamentals of analogue data processing
- Interpreting measurements
- Reading and understanding data sheets and measurement characteristics
- Fluid engineering components and their influence and function
- Demonstrating fluid engineering effects and special features
- Analytical troubleshooting
- Using and adapting sensors
Includes a software package for measured values
Fluid Lab®-H
The Fluid Lab®-H software for recording measured values is an important component of the training package TP 610. Just a few simple steps are needed to configure the interface, adapt the sensors and select the language (German/English/Spanish/French). Exercises relating to the recording of measured values can then be started. Each exercise consists of a detailed connection plan of the hydraulic and electrical components as well as a help text on how to perform the experiment. The software also controls the measurement tasks and furthermore results can be printed out. The software scope also includes a manual and documentation on the set of exercises with worked results in PDF format.
